Every plan renews automatically until you cancel. After a prepaid term, your plan renews for the same term at the same price unless you switch or cancel. Cancel online any time, no phone call needed. The add-on is billed monthly, so it goes with monthly plans.

Priced by how busy the market is
Exclusive is about $8 a month for each home sold in the edition in an average month, with a $799 floor and a $2,999 cap a month. You pay 12 months up front. At the end of the term you can choose a new 12-month term. If you do not, it continues month to month at the same monthly rate until you cancel.
