Questions
Good to know
Who sends the email?
You do, from your own email platform. That keeps your list yours and your name in the From line. We can set up each issue in your account, or email you the ready issue to paste in.
Can I name my letter?
Yes. Name it whatever you like when you set up, or keep the default name for your edition, like The Stockton Letter. You can change it later from your preview. You're responsible for making sure the name isn't someone else's brand.
Can other agents get my edition?
Yes, on the Standard plan. Each agent's letter goes only to their own list, with their own name on it. If you want the edition to yourself, choose Exclusive while it is still open.
Where do the numbers come from?
Public sources like the FHFA home price index and the Census, and local MLS stats with the MLS notice. Every issue lists its sources.
Can I add my lender partner?
Yes. You can add your lender partner's name and NMLS number. Your price is the same no matter which lender you work with, and no lender pays Territory Press to appear in your letter.
I'm a loan officer. What is in my letter?
Public market news for your edition: conforming and FHA loan limits, local lending data from HMDA, Census homeowner numbers and home values, each with its source. We never put rates, payments or loan terms in your letter. Your NMLS ID, company, California license statement and Equal Housing Lender line go in every issue. See the mortgage sample and the Mortgage Addendum.
Can I get both letters?
Yes. Each letter is its own subscription, so if you are licensed as both an agent and a loan officer you can buy a real estate letter and a mortgage letter, in the same edition or different ones. Founder spots and Exclusive are counted separately for each kind of letter.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online, any time, from your account page or the cancel link in any email from us. No phone call needed. Your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for. On a prepaid plan you can ask to end early for a partial refund. See the terms for details.
